The music rooms are located on the first floor of Rue Van Maerlant 2:
Use of the room costs 1€ per hour. Please leave the fee in the box on the wall when you leave.
If you wish to use the music room, you need to become a member and have a profile in our online booking system. Once your membership fee is received, you will get the access rights to book in Pianosono. From then on you should be able to get into the system to make your own booking.
The user of the room should bring to the attention of the Music Circle ([email protected]) any issue such as need to tune the pianos, damage to the equipement or other problems encountered when using the room.
- 01/52: the biggest room, where the concerts take place - Piano Bechstein and harpsichord
- 01/50: contiguous to the concert room - Piano Yamaha
- 01/11: room for music theory lessons - upright piano Yamaha.
- Access is limited to EU institutions staff. Other people should have an authorisation requested by a member of EU staff to the security service of the building.
- In all cases (EU staff and non EU staff), presence on Saturdays should be notified in advance.
